[OpenH323]RedHat 8 & "error loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc"

I had the same problem.

Add your openh323 directories to /etc/ld.so.conf.  This will add the 
openh323 to you shard libraries.

Then run "ldconfig" command to regenerate the shared library cache.

This worked for me.
